Join us for the release of our latest collaboration bottle, Applejacques. An American style applejack made from distilling Basque-style cider, we partnered with ANXO to create a blended apple spirit using pot distilled cider and freeze distilled cider, which are then rested on apples for a week before being barreled and aged for three months. We'll be serving cocktails and glasses featuring the new spirit, and food will be provided by ANXO.
Applejacques is a highly limited run, with only 600 bottles produced. We'll have 200 for sale during the event. Pick one up before they're gone!
