Due to rising concerns about the coronavirus, and YOU, our treasured guests, we have decided to cancel all tours and close the cocktail bar through April. The Bottle Shop remains open for limited pick-up hours.
Shop bottles, gift cards, mixers, and merch, and enjoy 15% off every order! Pre-order now and pick-up at the distillery or FreshFarm Market. Our supply of small bottles to gift complimentary sanitizer have now completely run out. We apologize for any inconvenience.

#FindYourSpirit at the inventive Tasting Room cocktail bar featuring craft cocktails and tasting flights, or enjoy a behind-the-scenes distillery tour of the stillhouse and production space concluding with a spirit tasting in the barrel room.
DISTILLERY TOUR & TASTINGS
Embark on a behind-the-scenes tour of our 15,000 square foot still house, production space and barrel warehouse to discover the significance of ‘grain to glass’ distilling. Tours include a tasting of (3) spirits and a $10 off any bottle purchase that day.
