Untitled Whiskey No. 15 begins as a wheated bourbon aged 7 years in charred new American oak. It was then sequentially finished in Ruby Port and Cognac casks before resting in barrels that had previously aged our own District Made Rye Whiskey.

This whiskey is bold and flavorful in every facet. The nose begins with baking spice aromatics of cinnamon and clove. The first sip continues the spice-filled journey suggesting cardamon, nutmeg, and mulled cider before escalating to the lengthy finish of Mexican chocolate and red hot candies. While the smooth character of the whiskey belies its robust strength, this is an reflective sipper that will warm the soul.
