Part-time Farmers market manager
The Farmers Market Manager will bring a sales-driven attitude to work independently and reliably and have a strong work ethic, clear communication skills, good energy, an outgoing attitude, and previous experience serving alcohol responsibly. We also require proof of Covid-19 vaccination, a clean driver’s license, and a passing background check. TIPS Certification or ABRA Manager’s License is a plus! The market is every Sunday from 8:30 am-1:30 pm with set-up and breakdown time before and after.
Tasting room manager
The Tasting Room Manager will work with our CEO and General Manager, focusing on all aspects of retail operations, bar service, and personnel management. This role is perfect for creative, dynamic, and curious individuals who want to learn how a craft distillery operates. As part of a small start-up, the candidate must be willing to work flexible hours and wear many hats, including managing tasting room inventory and supplies, assisting marketing and sales staff with events, organizing promotions, developing an in-house cocktail program, and aiding the production team with bottling. There will also be possibilities to contribute to the growth of the Tasting Room, Still Yard, and Bottle Shop and play a role in marketing and sales campaigns. The position involves regular evening hours and weekend hours.
Tasting Room Bartenders
One Eight Distilling is looking for several experienced, hardworking, and friendly Tasting Room Bartenders to provide and support an excellent guest drinking experience. Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks per One Eight Distilling spec and standards. Our bar staff plays a critical role in the guest experience and presentation of our spirits. Emphasis on service and attention to detail is significant in this position. Compensation includes hourly wages and tips.”
Weekend availability is a must for this position.
